ZERO ...... Ordered something from this store for a gift, was told it would be there in 2 weeks. One month has gone by, no notice from store, no call backs, no nothing. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

No problems with customer service, after deflecting the typical up-sell. Very large store & selection. Helpful at picking the appropriate bead for the occasion. Was there during off-peak hours, so I can see how they may get swamped at peaks if understaffed.
