Writing this review three month after my purchase. Ari's dealing style was fair and perhaps a bit more candid and honest than a typical used car dealer in my experience. I went into the dealership to look at a Volkswagen GTI. Ari was very straight forward and briefed me about the condition of the car. Surprisingly he also mentioned the minor not so good things about that used car upfront which was a bit surprising as in my experience used car dealers typically don't do that. That certainly made me think about the car twice, but on the other hand I was more comfortable knowing what I was getting into rather a surprise a month down the road. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. I will definitely recommend.
Worst experience ever. If I could put worse than poor-fair I would. They are located in a auto shop and the owner of the shop told us that Ari would not sell a bad car because he sells to families and Teen drivers. Well the Passat that we purchased is the biggest piece o crap ever. Granted it is a 2002 with 75,000 miles on it but, I also own a 2002 Chevy with 134,000 miles on it and is in way better shape. The outside looks good the inner workings not so much. Buyer Beware
Sold me a Jeep with "No issues, no problems". Jeep will not pass inspection. Needs more than $4,000 in repairs. Dealership has ignored my phone calls, and documentation from independent shops showing the repair work needed. New Catalytic Converters, new ball joints, wiring repair, rust repair, new hinges, new power steering pump, the list goes on and on. I have put less than 200 miles on the Jeep and now the coolant is leaking. This dealership lied to me and will not stand behind their sale.
